(At-Thagabun) 64 : 18
عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Knower of the unseen and seen, the Exalted, the Wise.
It is told in verse 85: 9 that Allah who has the dominion of the heavens and the earth is witness upon everything; and in verse 89: 14 it is told that indeed your Lord is ever watching all. See explanation 3: 26-27; 59: 22-24; and 62: 8.
